On Wednesday, Linda and I went to the “Zukunft Personal” Expo in Cologne. There, numerous companies present themselves that offer products and services around the topic of HR.
At the team development workshop of the company Energie durch Entwicklung, we were divided into small teams and encouraged to “think differently”. We tried out activation exercises for team workshops and were able to take away valuable tips for sustainable teamwork on a cognitive and emotional level.

We were also able to pick up some good ideas on employee bonding and recruiting tools at the exhibition and take them home with us, which we will implement very soon.
For example, it was great to see what is possible in the area of employee benefits and the discussions and consultations on the spot were all insightful and competent.
