Continuous learning and agile methods are becoming increasingly important. This was also the intention of our three colleagues Camila, Kira, and Marie, who studied for the Scrum Master exam on their very own initiative with a great deal of commitment, self-motivation, and mutual support. To this end, they met outside of our working hours in our beautiful Hamburg office and studied together, developed a diagram, and discussed roles, processes, requirements, and similar topics.
The results are impressive! All three colleagues passed the Scrum Master exam on their first attempt!
