I am excited to be part of ibc AG. In my previous career, I have gone through various positions in the insurance and financial services industry. My focus has been particularly on change initiatives, digital projects, and the development of organizations. In working on these topics, I have repeatedly experienced how closely people, processes, and structures are connected and how crucial this interplay is for the success of change. These experiences also shape my work today. As a consultant for transformation and project management, I see myself as a sparring partner who provides guidance, makes connections visible, and helps ensure that change is structured clearly and advanced reliably.
