At the end of the year, the employees of ibc AG traditionally came together for the Christmas party – a special occasion to look back on an eventful business year, celebrate successes, and strengthen team spirit.
This year, the event also took place in a festively decorated venue in the Netherlands. The management opened the evening with a brief review of the most important developments in our company: successful project completions, new customer relationships, growing areas of expertise, and the continuous development of our internal structures. The dedication of all employees, who contributed to the continued positive development of the company with great professionalism and commitment, was particularly emphasized.
This was followed by a shared dinner, providing plenty of opportunities for socializing – as always in cross-departmental, informal, and in a relaxed, humorous atmosphere. Particularly appreciated was the opportunity to meet colleagues from projects who often work remotely or on-site with clients in everyday life. During the evening, a DJ music artist created a lively mood on the dance floor and a relaxed, easygoing atmosphere with stimulating conversations. Later in the evening, this was complemented with “Bitterballen, Frikandel, Kaasfouflé & Poffertjes” served as “finger food.” The positive atmosphere made it clear how much personal cohesion and celebrating together are part of ibc AG’s corporate culture; continuing well into the following morning. The next day, everyone gathered for a shared, hearty breakfast buffet and were already looking forward to the next events. With this successful event, we bid farewell to the Christmas season and thank all employees, partners, and customers for the trusting cooperation over the past year. We look forward to successfully shaping the upcoming new year 2026 together as a team.
