We are delighted to have gained Anita, an experienced project manager, for ibc AG. She has many years of experience in project management, particularly in the field of software solutions for virtual product presentations, events and learning platforms. Her expertise includes both classic and agile project management, which enables her to respond flexibly to the needs of our customers’ various projects.

A PMO plays a central role in standardising processes, implementing best practices and ensuring efficiency in project execution. By setting up a PMO, I help companies to establish a solid project management structure that enables them to successfully realise their goals. Through my extensive experience in project management and expertise in setting up a PMO, I am able to effectively support companies in developing and implementing their digital solution strategies.’
