I am a project manager and PMO at ibc AG, focusing on project management in the IT sector – from migrations to change processes to the introduction of new tools. I have gained project experience in various industries, particularly with public clients (e.g., energy providers) and in the healthcare sector. I work both traditionally (PRINCE2 certified) and agile – method-agnostic and always focused on the project goal. A matter close to my heart is moderation: whether it’s a meeting or a workshop – I enjoy creating the framework for good collaboration. I am also active as a freelance moderator, especially in the context of political education.We are very happy to have Kira on the team.
