With Hamburg’s Binnenalster as our beautiful backdrop, our management and backoffice team met outside the office to review the year 2025 so far. The open and trusting atmosphere encouraged us to reflect not only on our successes but also on the stumbling blocks we encountered. We have had an eventful year (at least most of it is over now), in which we successfully integrated fraam services GmbH and experienced massive growth.
We looked at the current status as well as the path we took to get there. Different perspectives were brought together, as we always do outside of this event. For the near future, we have identified a few central topics that we want to continue working on. You will certainly be able to follow some of them here in the blog.
