The second evening of our new “Come Together” series in Aachen and Hamburg was again very nice.
In Aachen we enjoyed the beautiful weather on the sun terrace of a soap factory which had been converted into a restaurant. It turned out that a lot of conversation had accumulated in the three months since the last meeting and so it was an entertaining evening.
In Hamburg, we went on a short exploratory walk, which also took us to Hamburg’s landmark, the main church of Sankt Michaelis, better known as “Michel”. Afterwards we dined in a Portuguese restaurant in an old round tower bunker.
It was a pleasant and enjoyable evening and we are looking forward to the next one.
